There are THOUSANDS of Lil' Wayne remixes all over the internet, I'm aware of this, and I've heard what must be hundreds of them at this point. That being said, this remix is BY FAR my favorite. Quarterbar is one half of the California duo Meanest Man Contest. They've gradually been releasing songs via RCRDLBL.com to populate a digital EP called Partially Smart.
