Ultravox - "Vienna"

I really love this track. The whole record is amazing. I also love that it was released in 1980. Just seems really ahead of its time. It does have it's corny moments, but those are allowed, as most records that came out in the 80's have them. There are moments in the title track here that give me chills. Just some really passionate, epic stuff. This is a gem that you can most likely even find in the dollar bin at your local record store. I'd highly recommend picking it up and giving it a shot. A lot of the other tracks are much different than this. Very synthy, very poppy and very good.

Ministry - "Same Old Madness"

Super rare, unreleased gem from Ministry. To the best of my knowledge, this isn't on any of their releases. Actually, it took quite a bit of looking to even be able to track down an mp3 of it after seeing this video. Such a great song. I've always loved Ministry, from their early, Depeche Mode-esque With Sympathy days, all the way to their aggro Psalm 69 stuff. If you're not up on early Ministry though, you need to be. Pick up Twelve Inch Singles and With Sympathy to start. You won't even believe it's the same band.

Snowy Red - "Madman"

Snowy Red was the one-man electronic band of the former Chainsaw guitarist, Micky Mike. With the "Vision" LP and some tracks on the "The Beat Is Over" LP, Snowy Red was, for a brief moment only, a band. After the Belgian New Beat boom, Snowy Red called it quits and Micky Mike disappeared, only for the band to resurface again in 2004 as a duo (with a guitarist) at the Belgian Independent Music festival. This track is from the 1982 release "The Right To Die".
